Boy Scouting is a year-round program for boys around ages 11 - 17. Through the Boy Scout program, young men can achieve the core objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness and good citizenship.

Taking notice of the Scouting events that occur at the Lewistown Son Center in Lewistown, Ohio, we feature three major projects: Our own Troop 28, the annual Pinewood Derby for Cub Scouts and, at the other end of the Scouting spectrum, Eagle Scout projects are being completed here at the Son Center.

Beyond the age of 17, boys and girls can become involved in the VENTURE program.
The Sea Scouts, one of the Venture choices, recently held their training sessions here at the son Center.

The immediate governing board for this area is the Tecumseh Council.  Click on the patch for the website link.
