Happy New Year
The Son Center would like to wish all a
happy and prosperous new year. We are in our
8th year of ministry and GOD continues to
provide all of our needs. We have been able,
by HIS provision, to give away hundreds of
thousands of dollars of food, clothing and
household goods to those in need. We are
partnered with many other international
ministries to reach far beyond our little
area here. If I were to write about all that
has happened and the people we have reached,
this letter would become a book.
As in all other years we have seen GOD's
hand of provision for all of our needs are
supernaturally met. Our goal is to always
rely on HIS provision and walk by faith, not
by sight. That is why Jesus taught us to
pray: "give us today our daily bread", so we
can put our faith in HIM, and not in
ourselves. We have seen many new people come
here to share what they have to offer.
Whether it is prayer, labor, or monetary, we
are seeing the body of believers come
together like never before, united to help
build HIS kingdom. It is so exciting to see
this finally happening on a greater scale.
There is nothing more exciting than humble
servant-hood, becoming part of the body
without a personal agenda, just doing the
will of the Father. That is another part of
what Jesus instructed us to pray: "your
kingdom come, your will be done". You know,
the deny yourself part of Christianity, the
part we don't always want to hear. But for
those that do, they find the greatest reward
in life, loving GOD and others is what we
were designed to do. And when you are in
GOD's will, the cares of this world vanish
away, and then perfect peace that passes all
understanding. WOW!
May you all continue to grow in grace and
knowledge in this coming year. We pray daily
for all of those that GOD has put in our
path. May your borders be enlarged and your
territory of influence for Christ be
increased. Esteem others better than
yourself and defeat the enemy with LOVE from
above. And for doing all of this we have a
promise from our Savior: "that all of them
may be one, Father, just as you are in me
and I am in you. May they also be in us so
that the world may believe that you have
sent me. John 17:21, a foundational
scripture of the Son Center.
GOD bless you all
